She did her training in Flow Cytometry from TATA memorial Hospital, Mumbai and Molecular Pathology from TATA Medical Centre, Kolkata.
She is a renowned NABL Assessor and has audited numerous laboratories for Quality Compliance. She participated in Clinical Laboratory Management Program at IIM, Ahmedabad.Her extensive experience motivated her to exploreways to improve medical diagnostics andmake healthcare more accessible to all.
