My wife and I have been using the services of Medtech Diagnostics for over a year now and have found them to be very professional in their dealings, while also ensuring a personal concern with a proactive attitude in meeting our special and specific requirements. For example, the serious issue of locating the vein for drawing a blood sample was brought to their attention and I was pleasantly surprised that they were able to address the matter with minimal discomfort to the patient. Likewise I value the sincere advise received from Dr Niti Singh from time to time for seeking clarification with regard to a particular test or even with respect to the way forward on dealing with a confusing result in a test. The test results are delivered promptly through email and WhatsApp and there is never any hesitation in receiving clarification or advise if required. I have also used other well established diagnostic centres but have found the personal touch lacking, hence have now shifted completely to Medtech for all our pathology test requirements. I would like to record my appreciation for the excellent services that I and my family have received from Medtech Diagnostics over a period of time.
